Female Inmates perform "A Christmas Carol" at University of Denver

This Holiday season, inmates at the Denver Women’s Correctional Facility performed Charles Dickens’ A Christmas Carol at the University of Denver. The performance was part of the Denver University Prisoner Arts Initiative in collaboration with the Colorado Department of Corrections. For the first time, the inmates were allowed to perform the play outside of the prison. Denver University’s Arts Initiative seeks to promote therapeutic programs for inmates in Colorado.
