About Us

Samler and Whitson P.C. was founded in 2001. We are committed to improving the delivery of legal services at both the trial and appellate levels, through direct provision of appellate litigation services as well as through training and consultation with trial and appellate lawyers. Each of our attorneys has more than 30 years of experience in multiple state and federal jurisdictions. We limit our practice to appeals and consultation on the most serious criminal offenses.
